Job Responsibilities

1) Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party

Job Responsibilities:

1) Filling of preauthorization form :- Providing medical history, diagnosis and treatment details to the insurance companies in order to obtain the cashless medi-claim facility for the patient.

2) Counseling to patient & relatives at the time of admission regarding insurance process, room capping, policy coverage, NME, non payable amounts etc.

3) Coordinating with consultants, TPA (Third party administrator) and patients for clinical queries.

4) Coordinating with Billing Dept regarding preparing bill according to SOC. 

5) Coordinating, directing and controlling the supportive staff.

 6) Expanding the business by ensuring the more number of tie –up with the TPA, Corporate and Insurance companies.

6) Looking for claim settlement as per approval.

7) Checking approval as per agreed tarrif and hospital discount is deducted correctly or not , coordinate accordingly.

8) Taking follow with TPA for outstanding payment.

Designation / Position – Orthopedic Surgeon

Qualification : MS (Ortho)/ DNB (Ortho) / D (Ortho)

Job Responsibilities : 

1) Examines, diagnoses, and treats diseases and injuries of patients coming in OPD & casualty. 
2) Assist senior surgeons in trauma & accident cases, joint replacement & arthroscopic cases. 
3) Conduct and supervises direct patient care, including some non-surgical treatment options.
4) Plans and executes disease prevention and health promotion programs. (Health check up camps)
5) Conduct peripheral OPD  
6) Conduct medical research if required. 
7) Participates in on-call (emergency) schedule in a responsive and timely manner.
8) Maintains historical records by documenting symptoms, medications, and treatment events and writing summaries.

Job Responsibilities : 

1) History Taking
2) Follow the Duties and responsibilities of the physician in general (as given in Doctor s Handbook)
3) To abide by the policies laid down by the 4) Infection Control Committee. 
5) Follow the protocols and policies as stated in the Doctor s handbook Procedure always requires presence of Consultant and above
Perform and document history & physical examination 
6) Writes daily progress notes

Job Responsibilities : 

Working in HDU dept. Pre OP and Post OP care of all type of surgical patients.Trained to operate all type of equipment’s in HDU like ventilators, syringe pump, monitors, gluco meter etc.,  Able to give injection through IM, IV, SC,  Maintains hygiene of patients with proper nursing care, Maintains  sterility and is trained in manitaining asepsis. Assisting in procedures like central line insertion,intubation,iv access,suturing,bladder catheterisation,  Giving injection through central line, Feeding by ryles tube,  Maintaining all document related to patient and hospital record. Able to manage all small procedures in HDU.
