These are skilled hand movements and skilled passive movements of joints and soft tissue and are used to improve tissue extensibility ,increase range of motion, mobilise or manipulate soft tissue and joints, reduce pain

1.DRY NEEDLING

Dry needling is a practice based on traditional Chinese medicine. Physiotherapists use it for the treatment of pain and movement impairment. It an add-on approach & used as secondary line of treatment.

It involves a thin filiform needle that penetrates the skin and stimulates underlying myo-fascial trigger points and muscular and connective tissues.

2. HOME HEALTHCARE

We provide protocol-led physiotherapy care at home based on patients’ assessment, under complete guidance of the physiotherapist. We encourage home healthcare for immediate post-operative patients or other patients who find it difficult to visit the hospital Physiotherapy OPD.

3.ACUTE POST OPERATIVE MANAGEMENT

For early mobilisation, muscle setting exercises, in bed mobility and cardio-respiratory care. Holds great importance as it provides early and correct progression with mobility and prevention of complications post-surgery.

4. FITNESS BATCHES

Fitness training for maintaining healthy lifestyle and optimum fitness. It’s a low intensity workout under the guidance of trained & certified physiotherapist.
